Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable

Once a donation is made, it is used for our programmes, school materials, scholarships and outreach, so we cannot normally return it.

When we will refund

We will review a refund request in these cases:

• The same donation was charged twice (duplicate payment)
• The wrong amount was charged because of a technical error
• The payment was made without the card or account holder's authority

How to request a refund

Email mmrsf.foundation@gmail.com within 30 days of the donation. Please include your name, the date, the amount, the email used to donate and your payment reference. We will reply within 7 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Flutterwave, our payment provider. They usually take 7–14 working days to appear, depending on your bank. Payment processing fees charged by the provider may not be recoverable.

Recurring donations

You can cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund past ones.

Disputes

If you see a payment you do not recognise, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
